1. Return Window
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- No return requests will be accepted after 7 days from the date of delivery.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
- Be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Have all original tags, labels, and packaging intact
- Be accompanied by the original invoice or order confirmation
- Not show any signs of use, damage, or alteration
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Perfumes and personal care products (for hygiene reasons)
- Innerwear, socks, and intimate wear
- Customized or personalized products
- Products purchased on sale with a “Final Sale” tag
- Gift cards and digital products
4. Return Shipping
- Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
5. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
6. Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
- Please place a new order for the desired product and return the original item for a refund.
7. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@brandsadda.com
- Share your order details and clear product photos
- Our team will arrange a replacement or refund after verification
8. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return:
- Email us at support@brandsadda.com within 7 days of delivery
- Mention your Order ID and reason for return
- Attach clear photos/videos of the product
- Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions
9. Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be canceled before dispatch.
- Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
