At BrandsAdda, we are committed to delivering premium quality products and a luxury shopping experience. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Return Window

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • No return requests will be accepted after 7 days from the date of delivery.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Have all original tags, labels, and packaging intact
  • Be accompanied by the original invoice or order confirmation
  • Not show any signs of use, damage, or alteration

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Perfumes and personal care products (for hygiene reasons)
  • Innerwear, socks, and intimate wear
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Products purchased on sale with a “Final Sale” tag
  • Gift cards and digital products

4. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

5. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
  • Please place a new order for the desired product and return the original item for a refund.

7. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@brandsadda.com
  • Share your order details and clear product photos
  • Our team will arrange a replacement or refund after verification

8. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return:

  1. Email us at support@brandsadda.com within 7 days of delivery
  2. Mention your Order ID and reason for return
  3. Attach clear photos/videos of the product
  4. Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions

9. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be canceled before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
