1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return or refund if:
- The request is made within 7 days of receiving the product
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Final sale/discounted items
- Personal care or hygiene products
- Customized or made-to-order items
3. Return Process
- Contact our support team at support@brandsadda.com with your order ID and reason for return
- We will arrange for pickup if available or guide you through the return process
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you about the refund status
4. Refunds
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via bank transfer or store credit
- Processing typically takes 5–7 business days after approval
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:
- Report it within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos or videos for verification
- We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost
