1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or refund if:

  • The request is made within 7 days of receiving the product
  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Final sale/discounted items
  • Personal care or hygiene products
  • Customized or made-to-order items

3. Return Process

  • Contact our support team at support@brandsadda.com with your order ID and reason for return
  • We will arrange for pickup if available or guide you through the return process
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you about the refund status

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via bank transfer or store credit
  • Processing typically takes 5–7 business days after approval

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:

  • Report it within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos or videos for verification
  • We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost
